If the plan is subject to the qualified joint and survivor annuity rules and provides for involuntary cash-outs of amounts less than $5,000, then unless otherwise elected in Section 2.1 of this amendment, this Article shall apply for distributions made after December 31, 2001, and shall apply to all participants.
