Applicability of City Code Provisions. The provisions of Section 5.15 of the City’s Code of Personnel Practices and Procedures, as dated March 28, 2019 shall apply to members seeking or using FMLA leave. Should the City propose to modify the provisions of Section 5.15, as applicable to members, it shall provide the Lodge with the opportunity to discuss any such proposal.
