Applicability of Individual Agreements. Any individual arrangement, agreement or contract between the Board and an individual teacher shall be subordinate to this Agreement, and if such an individual arrangement, agreement, or contract is in any way inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement shall be controlling.
