Items that may be placed upon said bulletin boards shall be restricted to: 1) meeting notices; 2) notice of social and/or recreational events; 3) elections and appointments; 4) Association services; 5) progress reports on commissions and committees; 6) Association legislative programs; 7) news clippings; 8) messages from officers and/or boards;

USE OF MAIL BOXES AND BULLETIN BOARDS. The Association shall have the right to use school mailboxes. Items that may be placed upon said bulletin boards shall be restricted to: 1) meeting notices; 2) notice of social and/or recreational events; 3) elections and appointments; 4) Association services; 5) progress reports on commissions and committees; 6) Association legislative programs; 7) news clippings; 8) messages from officers and/or boards; 9) social messages, e.g., Christmas greetings; 10) directories, i.e., names and numbers to call for services; 11) names of faculty representatives and UniServ Directors; 12) information on Association organizational structure; 13) affiliate and/or cooperating organizational notices; and 14) community service notices. The CAS shall have removed from mailboxes (except U.S. mail) and bulletin boards any material that is abusive, libelous, or any material in violation of Standard Practices Regulation #5510 in effect on the execution date of the Agreement.
USE OF MAIL BOXES AND BULLETIN BOARDS. 1. The Association may use the district mail service and teacher mail boxes for communication to teachers. 2. At least one (1) bulletin board shall be provided in the faculty room or other room not generally open to students and the public in each school building which shall be reserved for Association notices. 3. Upon prior arrangement with the building principal, announcements of Association meetings and activities may be listed in school activity bulletins, and during the time normally reserved for announcements the public address system may be used for announcing the date, time and place of meetings.
USE OF MAIL BOXES AND BULLETIN BOARDS. Duly authorized representatives of the Association shall be allowed to place Association notices, circulars, or other material (exclusive of local, state, and national political campaign material) dealing with activities or concerns of the Association in building mailboxes and on bulletin boards located in faculty lounges. A copy of any notices, circulars, or other material shall be provided to the building principal before being placed in mailboxes or on bulletin boards. The Association’s president or designee shall be allowed use of the district’s Staff Information Packet in accordance with the district procedures for submitting information into the Staff Information Packet; subject to the approval of the Superintendent, the association may access the SIP for the purpose of announcements of meetings, copies of notices and circulars.
