Common use of Applicability of Terms and Conditions Clause in Contracts

Applicability of Terms and Conditions. 2.1 Swedavia’ GTC apply as a supplement to and shall form an integrated part of the Agreement. In the event of the Agreement referring to or containing other GTC of conflicting general terms and conditions of similar nature or purpose as Swedavia’s GTC, Swedavia’s GTC shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stipulated in the Agreement.
