Alarm System. Within 30 days after Closing, Seller shall have the right, upon reasonable notice to Buyer, to dismantle any alarm monitoring system and disconnect any associated telephone lines. The alarm system itself will remain the property of the Buyer. If the system is portable, the Seller shall have the right to remove the entire system from the Property.
Alarm System. During the Term, Lessee shall contract with a reputable alarm monitoring company to provide alarm monitoring services at the Premises and provide evidence of such contract to Lessor upon demand. If Lessee fails, at any time during the Term, to execute and maintain a service contract for the alarm monitoring services in compliance with this Section 3.3(b), Lessor may contract with a service company of its own choosing and xxxx Lessee for the cost of the same, plus an administration fee of ten percent (10%) on all alarm service monitoring expenses billed to Lessee.
Alarm System. Tenant may make use of any alarm system on the Property; however, Landlord makes no real or implied guarantees regarding the safety or utility of the system. Alarm System. There is an alarm in the Agriplex and in the Club House. When issued keys you will also get an alarm code, this will be deactivated when membership expires.

Where the COMPANY has installed the ALARM SYSTEM, it will consist of components set out in the quotation to the CUSTOMER, which quotation forms part of this Agreement, and is hereby incorporated into this agreement. The CUSTOMER confirms by their signature of this Agreement that they have accepted the quotation or estimate provided to the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER confirms that they are satisfied with the ALARM SYSTEM as set out in the quotation being appropriate to the CUSTOMER’s needs and requirements.
