Applicable Jurisdiction. The customer declares, whatever his nationality, that he has read and understood all the terms and conditions of this contract. In the event of any disagreement which may arise from the interpretation and performance of this contract, the customer may, under the applicable law, protect his rights by choosing whether to bring his claim before the court of his own domicile or the courts of the domicile of Alpha Bootis.
