Applicable law and disputes. 19.1 This Internship Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Netherlands. 19.2 If a dispute arises, the parties will endeavour to find a solution in mutual consultation in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 of these ‘Terms and Conditions of the Internship Agreement.’ Should the parties fail to do so, they shall resort to the district court of the district in which the University has its registered office. The Dutch court of law shall enjoy exclusive jurisdiction to hear a dispute.
