Applicable law and disputes. This Agreement is governed by Dutch law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the district court of Place district court, the Netherlands. Parties shall however endeavour first to settle any and all disputes arising from or in connection from this Agreement amicably.
Applicable law and disputes. The contract is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Contracting Authority’s country. Any dispute or breach of contract arising under this contract shall be solved amicably if at all possible. If not possible and unless provided in the Service Contract, it shall be settled finally by court decision, which shall be held under the law of the Contracting Authority’s country. Any ruling by the court will be final and directly executable in the country of the Contractor.
Applicable law and disputes. 19.1 This Internship Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Netherlands.
19.2 If a dispute arises, the parties will endeavour to find a solution in mutual consultation in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 of these ‘Terms and Conditions of the Internship Agreement.’ Should the parties fail to do so, they shall resort to the district court of the district in which the University has its registered office. The Dutch court of law shall enjoy exclusive jurisdiction to hear a dispute.

17.3 Should Parties fail to resolve a dispute amicably, then such dispute shall exclusively be judged by the competent court in Arnhem, the Netherlands.

The competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes that may arise in relation to this agreement or its performance or in relation to any additional agreement concluded between Hotel Xxxxxx and the Contracting Party/Guest.

2. All disputes which may arise between Parties as a result of this Agreement or any subsequent agreements will exclusively be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam the Netherlands.

8.2 The Parties refer irrevocably and completely to the exclusive domain of Milan Law Court for any dispute deriving from this Contract or in any way relating to the implementation or interpretation of this Contract.
