Applicable law and disputes. 1. The Agreement and any subsequential agreements are solely and exclusively governed by the laws of the Netherlands, with the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 1980. 2. All disputes which may arise between Parties as a result of this Agreement or any subsequent agreements will exclusively be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam the Netherlands.
