Applicable Law and Forum. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without giving regard to choice of law provisions of any jurisdiction. Any suit arising under the terms of this Agreement shall be tried in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, or in Courts of the State of Illinois located therein.
