The County does not accept any responsibility or involvement in the purchase orders or contracts issued by other public agencies.
Other Public Agency Orders. Other federal, state, county and local entities may utilize the terms and conditions established by this Contract if agreeable to that entity and EM, by executing an agreement in the form attached as ScheduleSection 32.0 to this Contract. Any such agreement is between the federal, state, county or local entity (referred to as “Counterparty” in the attached Section 32.0 Agreement form) and EM only and the County does not accept any responsibility or involvement in the agreement.
