APPLICABLE LAW AND LANGUAGE. 14.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation. 14.2 This Agreement has been prepared and signed in the Russian and English languages in three original copies, one copy for each of the Parties, with the Russian language prevailing for all purposes.
