Common use of Applicable law and place of jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction. The Contract is governed and interpreted according to the substantial Italian law, with the express exclusion of the rules of private international law, even conventional. The Parties agree that any disputes regarding the validity, interpretation and effectiveness of this Contract as well as those that may arise from the non-compliance with its provisions or the inexact, partial or non-execution of the obligations mutually take on will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, with the express exclusion of any other concurrent court.
