Applicable law and place of jurisdiction. 11.1 This agreement is exclusively subject to German law to the exclusion of private international law. 11.2 To the extent legally permissible, the parties agree on the District Court München I (“Landgericht München I”) as exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
