Common use of Applicable Law and Settlement of Dispute Clause in Contracts

Applicable Law and Settlement of Dispute. 11.1 This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the People’s Republic of China. 11.2 Any dispute arising from the performance of this Contract may be settled through negotiations, failing which, it shall be resolved in the following way: Either of the Parties may bring a lawsuit before the People’s court at Party B’s location.
