Common use of Applicable Law; Jurisdiction and Venue Clause in Contracts

Applicable Law; Jurisdiction and Venue. This Agreement is entered into under, and shall be governed for all purposes by, the laws of the State of Wisconsin. In any such litigation, each party hereto waives personal service of any summons, complaint or other process and agrees that the service thereof may be made by certified mail directed to such party at his or its address for purposes of notice under Section 7.1 hereof.
