APPLICABLE LAW, NONWAIVER. This Agreement is entered into under and pursuant to, and is to be construed and enforceable in accordance with, the laws of the State of Kansas. The waiver of or failure to enforce any term or condition of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any other term or condition. If any provision is held to be unenforceable by a court or other tribunal, the enforceability of the other provisions shall not be affected.
