Applicable law, place of jurisdiction. 11.1) The legal relations between the user and MOBOTIX are subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. 11.2) To the extent permitted by law, Kaiserslautern shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes. If the contracting party is a consumer, the place of jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the statutory provisions.
