Applicable law, place of jurisdiction. a) non-Chinese exhibitors This contract is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany if it is made with non-Chinese exhibitors (see Conditions for Participation Part A for the definition). The English version of the contract is definitive. The place of jurisdiction is Hannover, Germany. However the organizer reserves the right to bring its claims at the court of the place in which the exhibitor is domiciled.
