Applicable Laws, Regulations, and Policies. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable Federal laws, regulations, and policies. In addition, each Party covenants to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and codes of the State of California and all local governments in the performance of the Agreement, including all licensing standards and applicable accreditation standards.
