Common use of APPLICABLE RECORDS Clause in Contracts

APPLICABLE RECORDS. CONTRACTOR shall, subject to the provisions of applicable law, upon reasonable advance notice and during normal business hours or at such other times as may be agreed upon, make available accounting and administrative books and records, program procedures, as well as documentation relating to licensure and accreditation, as they pertain to this Agreement and/or care, and to allow interviews of any employees who might reasonably have information related to such records. The CONTRACTOR shall be subject to the examination and audit of the California State Auditor for a period of three years after final payment under contract (Government Code, Section 8546.7).
