These are the APPLICABLE LAWS and any other that, under the law, is applicable to the performance of the FINANCING AGREEMENT, including standards of quality and continuity of services and the tax regime applicable to taxpayers in the country and taxpayers of local and regional governments in the country that is not governed by FINANCING AGREEMENT.
