Common use of Applicable Reimbursement Level and Term of Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Applicable Reimbursement Level and Term of Reimbursement. For the period from August 1, 2016 through July 31, 2017, to the extent that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of Class Y shares of any Fund exceeds the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, IDI and/or WISC agrees to reimburse sufficient Rule 12b-1 fees and/or shareholder servicing fees to ensure that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of such Class Y shares do not exceed the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, as calculated at the end of each month (the “Reimbursement Amount”).

Applicable Reimbursement Level and Term of Reimbursement. For the period from August February 1, 2016 2019 through July January 31, 20172020, to the extent that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of Class Y shares of any Fund exceeds the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, IDI and/or WISC agrees to reimburse sufficient Rule 12b-1 fees and/or shareholder servicing fees to ensure that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of such Class Y shares do not exceed the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, as calculated at the end of each month (the “Reimbursement Amount”).

For the period from August 1November 5, 2016 2018 through July 31, 20172020, to the extent that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of Class Y shares of any Fund exceeds the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, IDI and/or WISC agrees to reimburse sufficient Rule 12b-1 fees and/or shareholder servicing fees to ensure that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of such Class Y shares do not exceed the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, as calculated at the end of each month (the “Reimbursement Amount”).

For the period from August 1July 5, 2016 2017 through July 31, 20172018, to the extent that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of Class Y shares of any Fund exceeds the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, IDI and/or WISC agrees to reimburse sufficient Rule 12b-1 fees and/or shareholder servicing fees to ensure that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of such Class Y shares do not exceed the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, as calculated at the end of each month (the “Reimbursement Amount”).

For the period from August 1January 8, 2016 2018 through July October 31, 20172020, to the extent that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of Class Y shares of any Fund exceeds the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, IICO, IDI and/or WISC agrees to reimburse sufficient Rule 12b-1 fees and/or shareholder servicing fees to ensure that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of such Class Y shares do not exceed the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, as calculated at the end of each month (the “Reimbursement Amount”).

For the period from August October 1, 2016 2015 through July January 31, 2017, to the extent that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of Class Y shares of any Fund exceeds the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, IDI IFDI and/or WISC agrees to reimburse sufficient Rule 12b-1 fees and/or shareholder servicing fees to ensure that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of such Class Y shares do not exceed the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, as calculated at the end of each month (the “Reimbursement Amount”).

For the period from August 1April 30, 2016 2014 through July January 31, 20172016, to the extent that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of Class Y shares of any Fund exceeds the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, IDI IFDI and/or WISC agrees to reimburse sufficient Rule 12b-1 fees and/or shareholder servicing fees to ensure that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of such Class Y shares do not exceed the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, as calculated at the end of each month (the “Reimbursement Amount”).

For the period from August 1, 2016 2013 through July 31, 20172014, to the extent that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of Class Y shares of any Fund exceeds the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, IDI IFDI and/or WISC agrees to reimburse sufficient Rule 12b-1 fees and/or shareholder servicing fees to ensure that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of such Class Y shares do not exceed the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, as calculated at the end of each month (the “Reimbursement Amount”).
