Common use of Applicable Reimbursement Level and Term of Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Applicable Reimbursement Level and Term of Reimbursement. For the period from April 3, 2017 through January 31, 2019, to the extent that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of Class T and/or Class Y shares of any Fund exceeds the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, IDI and/or WISC agrees to reimburse sufficient Rule 12b-1 fees and/or shareholder servicing fees to ensure that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of such Class T and /or Class Y shares do not exceed the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, as calculated at the end of each month (the “Reimbursement Amount”).

For the period from April 3July 31, 2017 2018 through January July 31, 2019, to the extent that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of Class T and/or Class Y shares of any Fund exceeds the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, IDI and/or WISC agrees to reimburse sufficient Rule 12b-1 fees and/or shareholder servicing fees to ensure that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of such Class T and /or Class Y shares do not exceed the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, as calculated at the end of each month (the “Reimbursement Amount”).

For the period from April 3January 10, 2017 through January 31, 20192018, to the extent that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of Class T and/or Class Y shares of any the Fund exceeds the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that the Fund, IDI and/or WISC agrees to reimburse sufficient Rule 12b-1 fees and/or shareholder servicing fees to ensure that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of such Class T and /or Class Y shares do not exceed the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that the Fund, as calculated at the end of each month (the “Reimbursement Amount”).

For the period from April 3January 8, 2017 2018 through January October 31, 20192020, to the extent that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of Class T and/or Class Y shares of any Fund exceeds the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, IICO, IDI and/or WISC agrees to reimburse sufficient Rule 12b-1 fees and/or shareholder servicing fees to ensure that the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of such Class T and /or Class Y shares do not exceed the total annual ordinary fund operating expenses of the Class A shares of that Fund, as calculated at the end of each month (the “Reimbursement Amount”).
