Common use of Applicable Reimbursement Level and Term of Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Applicable Reimbursement Level and Term of Reimbursement. For the period through July 31, 2008, IFDI and/or WRSCO agrees to reimburse sufficient 12b-1 and/or shareholder servicing fees to cap the expenses for its Class A shares at 1.15%, for its Class E shares at 1.15%, and for its Class Y shares at 1.06% (the "Reimbursement Amount").

Applicable Reimbursement Level and Term of Reimbursement. For the period from March 1, 2008 through July 31, 2008, IICO, IFDI and/or WRSCO agrees agree to reimburse sufficient management fees, 12b-1 and/or shareholder servicing fees to cap the expenses for its of the Fund as follows: Class A shares at 1.15%, for its 1.60% Class E B shares at 1.15%, and for its 2.60% Class C shares 2.60% Class I shares 1.60% Class Y shares at 1.061.60% (the "Reimbursement Amount").

For the period from June 13, 2011 through July 31, 20082014, IICO, IFDI and/or WRSCO agrees to reimburse sufficient 12b-1 management fees, 12b-1fees and/or shareholder servicing fees to cap the expenses for its each Class of shares as follows: Class A shares at 1.15%, for its ; Class B shares at 2.15%; Class C shares at 1.95%; Class E shares at 1.15%, Class I shares at 0.88% and for its Class Y shares at 1.06% (the "“Reimbursement Amount"”).

For the period from January 4, 2016 through July January 31, 20082017, IICO, IFDI and/or WRSCO agrees to reimburse sufficient 12b-1 management fees, 12b-1fees and/or shareholder servicing fees to cap the total annual ordinary operating expenses for its each Class of shares as follows: Class A shares at 1.151.38%, for its ; Class E C shares at 1.152.08%, ; Class I shares at 1.00%; Class R6 shares at 0.87% and for its Class Y shares at 1.061.25% (the "“Reimbursement Amount"”).
