Common use of Applicable Reimbursement Level and Term of Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Applicable Reimbursement Level and Term of Reimbursement. For the period from August 1, 2010 through July 31, 2011, IICO, IFDI and/or WRSCO agree to reimburse sufficient management fees, 12b-1 and/or shareholder servicing fees to cap the expenses of the Fund as follows: Class A shares 1.60 % Class B shares 2.60 % Class C shares 2.60 % Class Y shares 1.60 % (the “Reimbursement Amount”).

Applicable Reimbursement Level and Term of Reimbursement. For the period from August 1January 4, 2010 2016 through July January 31, 20112017, IICO, IFDI and/or WRSCO agree agrees to reimburse sufficient management fees, 12b-1 12b-1fees and/or shareholder servicing fees to cap the total annual ordinary operating expenses for each Class of the Fund shares as follows: Class A shares 1.60 % Class B shares 2.60 % at 1.38%; Class C shares 2.60 at 2.08%; Class I shares at 1.00%; Class R6 shares at 0.87% and Class Y shares 1.60 at 1.25% (the “Reimbursement Amount”).

For the period from August 1June 2, 2010 2008 through July 31, 20112009, IICO, IFDI and/or WRSCO agree to reimburse sufficient management fees, 12b-1 12b-1fees (for each Class except Class I) and/or shareholder servicing fees to cap the expenses for each Class of the Fund shares as follows: Class A shares 1.60 % at 0.99%; Class B shares 2.60 % at 1.74%; Class C shares 2.60 % at 1.74%; Class I shares at 0.74%; and Class Y shares 1.60 at 0.99% (the “"Reimbursement Amount”").
