Common use of Applicable Reimbursement Level and Term of Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Applicable Reimbursement Level and Term of Reimbursement. For the period from July 5, 2017 through July 31, 2019, IICO, IDI and/or WISC agrees to reimburse sufficient management fees, Rule 12b-1 fees and/or shareholder servicing fees to cap the total annual ordinary operating expenses (which would exclude interest, taxes, brokerage commissions, acquired fund fees and expenses, and extraordinary expenses, if any) for the Class A shares at 1.00%, Class B Shares at 2.13%, Class C Shares at 1.88% and Class I Shares at 0.72% (the “Reimbursement Amount”).

Applicable Reimbursement Level and Term of Reimbursement. For the period from July 5February 1, 2017 2016 through July January 31, 20192017, IICO, IDI IFDI and/or WISC agrees agree to reimburse sufficient management fees, Rule 12b-1 fees and/or shareholder servicing fees to cap the total annual ordinary operating expenses (which would exclude interest, taxes, brokerage commissions, acquired fund fees and expenses, and extraordinary expenses, if any) for the Fund’s Class A shares at 1.25%, Class C shares at 2.00%, Class E shares at 1.40%, Class I shares at 1.00%, Class B Shares R shares at 2.131.50%, Class C Shares Y shares at 1.881.25% and Class I R6 Shares at 0.721.00% (the “Reimbursement Amount”).

For the period from July 5August 1, 2017 2016 through July 31, 20192017, IICO, IDI and/or WISC agrees to reimburse sufficient management fees, Rule 12b-1 fees and/or shareholder servicing fees to cap the total annual ordinary operating expenses (which would exclude interest, taxes, brokerage commissions, acquired fund fees and expenses, and extraordinary expenses, if any) for the each Class of shares as follows: Class A shares at 1.001.35%; Class C shares at 2.07%; Class E shares at 1.30%; Class I shares at 1.05%, Class B Shares R shares at 2.131.80%, ; Class C Shares R6 shares at 1.881.05% and Class I Shares Y shares at 0.721.35% (the “Reimbursement Amount”).

For the period from July 5April 3, 2017 through July January 31, 2019, IICO, IDI and/or WISC agrees to reimburse sufficient management fees, Rule 12b-1 fees and/or shareholder servicing fees to cap the total annual ordinary operating expenses (which would exclude interest, taxes, brokerage commissions, acquired fund fees and expenses, and extraordinary expenses, if any) for the Class of shares as follows: Class A shares at 1.000.90%, ; Class B Shares I shares at 2.130.65%, Class C Shares at 1.88% ; and Class I Shares N shares at 0.720.65% (the “Reimbursement Amount”).

For the period from July 5August 1, 2017 2016 through July 31, 20192017, IICO, IDI IDI, and/or WISC agrees to reimburse sufficient management fees, Rule 12b-1 fees and/or shareholder servicing fees to cap the total annual ordinary operating expenses (which would exclude interestexpenses, taxes, brokerage commissions, excluding acquired fund fees and expenses, and extraordinary expenses, if any) for the Fund’s Class A shares at 1.000.49%, Class B Shares shares at 2.131.40%, Class C Shares shares at 1.881.29%, Class I shares at 0.16%, Class R shares at 0.72% and Class I Shares Y shares at 0.720.38% (the “Reimbursement Amount”).

For the period from July 5February 1, 2017 through July January 31, 20192018, IICO, IDI and/or WISC agrees to reimburse sufficient management fees, Rule 12b-1 fees and/or shareholder servicing fees to cap the total annual ordinary operating expenses (which would exclude interest, taxes, brokerage commissions, acquired fund fees and expenses, and extraordinary expenses, if any) for the Class of shares as follows: Class A shares at 1.38%; Class C shares at 2.08%; Class I shares at 1.00%, ; Class B Shares R6 shares at 2.13%, Class C Shares at 1.880.87% and Class I Shares Y shares at 0.721.25% (the “Reimbursement Amount”).

For the period from July 5August 1, 2017 2016 through July 31, 20192017, IICO, IDI and/or WISC agrees to reimburse sufficient management fees, Rule 12b-1 fees (for each Class except Class I) and/or shareholder servicing fees to cap the total annual ordinary operating expenses (which would exclude interest, taxes, brokerage commissions, acquired fund fees and expenses, and extraordinary expenses, if any) for the each Class of shares as follows: Class A shares at 1.000.99%, Class B Shares at 2.13shares as 1.74%, ; Class C Shares shares at 1.88% 1.74%; Class I shares at 0.74%; and Class I Shares Y shares at 0.720.99% (the “Reimbursement Amount”).
