Applicable Safety Rules. CM/GC shall comply with the rules and regulations of OSHA and the Department of Labor (O.C.G.A. § 34-2-6), and where not inconsistent with the foregoing, the "Manual of Accident Prevention in Construction" issued by the Associated General Contractors of America, Inc. Designated Safety Officer. CM/GC shall designate a responsible member of its organization, normally the Project Superintendent, whose duty shall be the prevention of accidents.
