Applicable Terms. 2.1. In relation to your participation in the EPP: a. The Cardmember Agreement shall form part of these Terms and Conditions, which are in addition to and not in substitution of the Cardmember Agreement; and b. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Cardmember Agreement and the provisions Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail for the purpose of interpretation and enforcement of EPP and only to the extent of any conflict or inconsistency.
