Applicant Facilities. Commencing forty-five (45) days after the Partnership's receipt of written notice from Quorum with respect to an Applicant Facility, such Applicant Facility shall have access to the Partnership's group purchasing contracts for health related supplies, equipment, and services including without limitation pharmaceuticals, dietary, medical-surgical, and capital equipment items, subject to any and all of the Partnership's current and future requirements, policies, and procedures, including without limitation its compliance policy. If any such Applicant Facility is not accepted as a Member Facility, Quorum shall include all of such Applicant Facility's purchases under the Partnership's group purchasing contracts in the calculation of the Annual Overlap Fee, as described in Section 7 hereof.

  • Laundry Facilities Washers and dryers are installed in each apartment for the exclusive use of students in the apartment. Any other use is prohibited. The use of washers and dryers are free. LINEN: Brighton provides a mattress cover on all mattresses. Students need to bring their own bedding. All beds are regular twin size. The typical cost for replacing a mattress cover is $25.00. MAINTENANCE: Students are responsible to notify the manager in writing as soon as possible if they notice anything in an apartment that requires repair work or maintenance. See “Property Conditions” section 12 of the BYU-Idaho Student Landlord Housing Contract.

  • Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.
