Common use of Application Administration Clause in Contracts

Application Administration. It is the Employer’s intention that work rules, policies, and directives are to be interpreted and applied uniformly to all employees under similar circumstances. The Employer recognizes and agrees that no work rules will be maintained or established that are in violation of any expressed terms of this Agreement. In the event that the Union believes that any new or existing work rule, regulation, policy or procedure is in violation of any express terms of this Agreement, it may file a grievance in accordance with the grievance and arbitration procedure.
