Application Dates. Applications for leave for the following year shall be submitted to Human resources by April 1, if possible. Application Dates. The parties agree that they each shall prepare and execute the materials and undertakings which each is to prepare and execute under the provisions of Section 3.3 for the registration and application for Approval of the R Stent in each part of the Territories such that application for Approval can be filed no later than the date given for each in Annex "6" attached hereto and made a part hereof (the "Application Dates"). * * *. In the event that an application is not timely filed and neither party is in default hereunder, then both parties will continue to use reasonable efforts to effect the filing of such application as quickly as possible.
