APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF IMPROVEMENTS. Any Owner, except Declarant and its designated agents, who wants to perform any Alteration for which approval is required shall notify the Committee in writing of the nature of the proposed work and shall furnish such information as may be required by the Architectural Standards or reasonably requested by the Committee.
