Application for Interim Payment Certificates. The Contractor shall submit a Statement in six copies to the Engineer after the end of the period of payment stated in the Contract (if not stated, after the end of each month), in a form approved by the Engineer, showing in detail the amounts to which the Contractor considers himself to be entitled, together with supporting documents which shall include the relevant report on progress, and in respect of payments 2, 3, 4 and 5 (as those payments are described in the payment schedule set out in Attachment C to the Particular Conditions), the relevant certificate issued by the Engineer issued in accordance with sub- clause 4.21 [Progress Reports], as well as the statements issued by each Subcontractor performing construction works and confirming that no amounts are overdue from the Contractor as of the date of the issue of the statement.
