Common use of Application for Listing Clause in Contracts

Application for Listing. The Company will apply to the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange for the listing of, and permission to deal in, the new Shares which may fall to be allotted and issued upon exercise of the subscription rights attaching to the Warrants. No listing of the Warrants will be sought on the Stock Exchange or any other stock exchanges.
