Common use of Application for Listing(s) Clause in Contracts

The Republic confirms that it will make or cause to be made an application on its behalf for the Securities to be listed on each official list and/or securities exchange named in Schedule I hereto (each a “Stock Exchange”) on or prior to the Closing Date to the extent necessary to list the Securities thereon.
