Application Format. To support the program of work planned for the sabbatical leave, the application shall include the following: 18.06.1 a description of the artistic, professional or scholarly purpose and activities of the proposed project of work, with the stated objective of the proposed project, anticipated outcome and the potential benefit to the Faculty Member and the Institute; 18.06.2 a detailed project description; 18.06.3 details of any outside institutional participation, including endorsements, and/or invitation, if applicable; 18.06.4 evidence of achievement of Faculty Objectives and Responsibilities as described in Article 12; 18.06.5 a current curriculum vitae and the length of time, if any, since the last sabbatical leave; 18.06.6 any appropriate supporting materials such as visual media or publications;
Application Format. A bargaining unit member who is interested in participating in the PEP must complete and submit an application on an approved form to the Director of Adult Education for review and action.

Individuals may offer additional material, but at a minimum should include the following in the application: A. Statement of Topic – This statement explain the purpose of the proposal. B. Summary of Benefit – This section should explain how the proposal would benefit students, the individual, the department(s), the College and/or the community. C. Evidence of Preparation and Commitment – This section should include information pertaining to professional background, interest, and goals.
Application Format. It is anticipated that there will be different categories of applications from potential new researchers with slightly different requirements for applications in each case. The Management Committee and the Steering Committee reserve the right to ask for additional information.

Application Format. ‌ 4.1 Two Part Submission‌ Offerors shall submit Proposals in separate volumes: ▪ Volume IProject Narrative ▪ Volume II – Budget Justification/Narrative 4.2 Applications‌ A. Applications must be submitted by email to the email address listed on the Key Information Summary Sheet. The Grant Officer will not accept submission after the date and exact time stated in the Key Information Summary Sheet. The date and time of submission is determined by the date and time of arrival in the Grant Officer email box. Time stamps on outgoing email from Applicants shall not be accepted. The email submission subject line shall state the RFA Title and number and either Project Narrative or Budget Justification/ Narrative.
