Application If Event of Default Exists. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 4, if an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing to the knowledge of the Mortgagee, all amounts received by the Mortgagee under this Mortgage shall be applied in the manner provided for in Section 5 hereof in respect of proceeds and avails of the Mortgaged Property.
Application If Event of Default Exists. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 4, if an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing to the knowledge of the Beneficiary, all amounts received by the Beneficiary under this Deed of Trust shall be applied in the manner provided for in Section 5 hereof in respect of proceeds and avails of the Granted Property.

If an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing to the knowledge of the Indenture Trustee, all amounts received by the Indenture Trustee under this Section 7 (including any interest income on such amounts) shall be applied in the manner provided for in Section 8.11 hereof in respect of proceeds and avails of the Mortgaged Property.

If an Event of Default hereunder has occurred and is continuing, all amounts received by the Mortgagee under this Mortgage, including without limitation, all amounts held pursuant to §4.5 hereof; shall be applied in the manner provided for in §5.3 hereof in respect of proceeds and avails of the Collateral.
