Common use of Application Modifications Clause in Contracts

Application Modifications. 6.11.1 If a modification or revision is made to any information in the Bona Fide Application prior to Bona Fide Firm Order, with the exception of modifications to Customer Information, Contact Information or Billing Contact Information, either at the request of ALEC Inc., or necessitated by technical considerations, said Application shall be considered a new Application and shall be handled as a new Application with respect to response and provisioning intervals and BellSouth may charge ALEC Inc., an application fee.
