Bona Fide Firm Order. 6.12.1 In Alabama, North Carolina, and Tennessee, DSLi shall indicate its intent to proceed with equipment installation in a BellSouth Premises by submitting a Physical Expanded Interconnection Firm Order document (“Firm Order”) to BellSouth. A Firm Order shall be considered Bona Fide when DSLi has completed the Application/Inquiry process described in Section 6, preceeding, and has submitted the Firm Order document indicating acceptance of the Application Response provided by BellSouth. The Bona Fide Firm Order must be received by BellSouth no later than five (5) business days after BellSouth’s Application Response to DSLi’s Bona Fide Application.
6.12.2 Except as otherwise provided, in all States that have ordered provisioning intervals but not addressed Firm Order intervals, the following shall apply. DSLi shall indicate its intent to proceed with equipment installation in a BellSouth Premises by submitting a Firm Order to BellSouth. The Bona Fide Firm Order must be received by BellSouth no later than thirty (30) calendar days after BellSouth’s Application Response to DSLi’s Bona Fide Application or the Application will expire. 6.12.3 BellSouth will establish a firm order date based upon the date BellSouth is in receipt of a Bona Fide Firm Order. BellSouth will acknowledge the receipt of DSLi’s Bona Fide Firm Order within seven (7) calendar days of receipt indicating that the Bona Fide Firm Order has been received. A BellSouth response to a Bona Fide Firm Order will include a Firm Order Confirmation containing the firm order date. No revisions will be made to a Bona Fide Firm Order.
Bona Fide Firm Order. In Alabama, North Carolina, and Tennessee, BTC shall indicate its intent to proceed with equipment installation in a BellSouth Premises by submitting a Physical Expanded Interconnection Firm Order document (“Firm Order”) to BellSouth. If BTC fails to submit its Bona Fide Firm Order to BellSouth within the time frames set forth above, the provisioning intervals set forth in section 6.6 shall apply from the date of receipt of the Bona Fide Firm Order and not from the date of the Bona Fide Application. If BTC fails to submit a Bona Fide Firm Order within fifteen (15) days of receipt of An Application Response, the Application will expire.
Bona Fide Firm Order. COMPASS shall indicate its intent to proceed with equipment installation in a BellSouth Central Office by submitting a Bona Fide Firm Order to BellSouth. A Bona Fide Firm Order requires COMPASS to complete the Application/Inquiry process described in Subsection 6.1, preceding, and submit the Expanded Interconnection Bona Fide Firm Order document (BSTEI-1P-F) indicating acceptance of the written application response provided by BellSouth (“Bona Fide Firm Order”) and all appropriate fees. The Bona Fide Firm Order must be received by BellSouth no later than thirty (30) calendar days after BellSouth’s response to COMPASS’s Application/Inquiry. If COMPASS makes changes to its application in light of BellSouth’s written Application Response, BellSouth will be required to re- evaluate and respond to the change(s). In this event, BellSouth’s provisioning interval will not start until the re-evaluation and response to the change(s) is complete and the Bona Fide Firm Order is received by BellSouth and all appropriate fees and duties have been executed. If BellSouth needs to reevaluate COMPASS’s application as a result of changes requested by COMPASS to COMPASS’s original application, then BellSouth will charge COMPASS a fee based upon the additional engineering hours required to do the reassessment. Major changes such as requesting additional space or adding additional equipment may require COMPASS to resubmit the application with an application fee.
6.3.1 BellSouth will establish a firm order date, per request, based upon the date BellSouth is in receipt of a Bona Fide Firm Order. BellSouth will acknowledge the receipt of COMPASS’s Bona Fide Firm Order within five (5) business days of receipt indicating that the Bona Fide Firm Order has been received. A BellSouth response to a Bona Fide Firm Order will include a Firm Order Confirmation containing the firm order date.
6.3.2 BellSouth will permit one accompanied site visit to COMPASS’s designated collocation arrangement location after receipt of the Bona Fide Firm Order without charge to COMPASS.
6.3.3 Space preparation for the Collocation Space will not begin until BellSouth receives the Bona Fide Firm Order and all applicable fees.
6.3.4 COMPASS must submit to BellSouth the completed Access Control Request Form (RF-2906-A) for all employees or agents requiring access to the BellSouth Central Office a minimum of 30 calendar days prior to the date COMPASS desires access to the Collocation Space.

MTS Communications shall indicate its intent to proceed with equipment installation in a BellSouth Remote Site Location by submitting a Physical Expanded Interconnection Firm Order document (“Firm Order”) to BellSouth. A Firm Order shall be considered Bona Fide when MTS Communications has completed the Application/Inquiry process described in Section 6.3, preceding and has submitted the Firm Order document indicating acceptance of the Application Response provided by BellSouth. The Bona Fide Firm Order must be received by BellSouth no later than thirty (30) calendar days (in Mississippi 30 business days) after BellSouth’s Application Response to MTS Communications’s Bona Fide Application or the Application will expire.

NOS Communications, Inc. shall indicate its intent to proceed with equipment installation in a BellSouth Premises by submitting a Physical Expanded Interconnection Firm Order document (“Firm Order”) to BellSouth. A Firm Order shall be considered Bona Fide when NOS Communications, Inc. has completed the Application/Inquiry process described in Section 6.2, preceding and has submitted the Firm Order document indicating acceptance of the Application Response provided by BellSouth. The Bona Fide Firm Order must be received by BellSouth no later than thirty (30) calendar days after BellSouth’s Application Response to NOS Communications, Inc.’s Bona Fide Application or the Application will expire.
Bona Fide Firm Order. 6.10.1 CLEC-1 shall indicate its intent to proceed with equipment installation in a Company Premises by submitting a Physical Expanded Interconnection Firm Order document (“Firm Order”) to the Company. A Firm Order shall be considered Bona Fide when CLEC-1 has completed the Application/Inquiry process described in Section 6.2, preceding, and has submitted the Firm Order document indicating acceptance of the Application Response provided by the Company. The Bona Fide Firm Order must be received by the Company no later than five (5) business days after the Company’s Application Response to CLEC-1’s Bona Fide Application.
6.10.2 BellSouth will establish a firm order date based upon the date BellSouth is in receipt of a Bona Fide Firm Order. BellSouth will acknowledge the receipt of CLEC-1’s Bona Fide Firm Order within seven (7) calendar days of receipt indicating that the Bona Fide Firm Order has been received. A BellSouth response to a Bona Fide Firm Order will include a Firm Order Confirmation containing the firm order date. No revisions will be made to a Bona Fide Firm Order.
Bona Fide Firm Order. In Alabama, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Tennessee, WebShoppe shall indicate its intent to proceed with equipment installation in a BellSouth Premises by submitting a Physical Expanded Interconnection Firm Order document (“Firm Order”) to BellSouth. A Firm Order shall be considered Bona Fide when WebShoppe has completed the Application/Inquiry process described in Section 6.2, preceding, and has submitted the Firm Order document indicating acceptance of the Application Response provided by BellSouth. The Bona Fide Firm Order must be received by BellSouth no later than five (5) business days after BellSouth’s Application Response to WebShoppe’s Bona Fide Application.
Bona Fide Firm Order. Ruddata shall indicate its intent to proceed with equipment installation in a BellSouth Central Office by submitting a Bona Fide Firm Order to BellSouth. A Bona Fide Firm Order requires Ruddata to complete the Application/Inquiry process described in Subsection 4.1, preceding, submit an updated Application document that is complete and accurate based on the outcome of the Application/Inquiry process, and pay all applicable fees referenced in Article 5, following. The Bona Fide Firm Order must be received by BellSouth no later than thirty (30) days after BellSouth’s response to Ruddata’s Application/Inquiry.
4.2.1 BellSouth will establish a firm order date, per request, based upon the date BellSouth is in receipt of a complete and accurate firm order. BellSouth will acknowledge the receipt of Ruddata’s Bona Fide Firm Order within 15 days of receipt indicating that the Bona Fide Firm Order has been received and that the order is accurate and complete or if the order is not accurate and complete, details as to the necessary information needed to cause the order to be accurate and complete. A BellSouth response to a complete and accurate firm order will include a Firm Order Confirmation containing the firm order date.
4.2.2 BellSouth will permit one site visit after receipt of the Bona Fide Firm Order. Security escort charges will be assessed for the site visit.
4.2.3 Space preparation for the Collocation Space will not begin until BellSouth receives the Bona Fide Firm Order and all applicable fees.
