Upkeep of Remote Collocation Space Sample Clauses

Upkeep of Remote Collocation Space. ALEC Inc., shall be responsible for the general upkeep and cleaning of the Remote Collocation Space. ALEC Inc., shall be responsible for removing any ALEC Inc., debris from the Remote Collocation Space and from in and around the Remote Collocation Site on each visit.

Upkeep of Remote Collocation Space. WebShoppe shall be responsible for the general upkeep and cleaning of the Remote Collocation Space. WebShoppe shall be responsible for removing any WebShoppe debris from the Remote Collocation Space and from in and around the Remote Collocation Site on each visit.

Upkeep of Remote Collocation Space. ACCESS Integrated shall be responsible for the general upkeep and cleaning of the Remote Collocation Space. ACCESS Integrated shall be responsible for removing any of ACCESS Integrated’s debris from the Remote Collocation Space and from in and around the Remote Site Location on each visit.

Upkeep of Remote Collocation Space. Neutral Tandem shall be responsible for the general upkeep and cleaning of the Remote Collocation Space. Neutral Tandem shall be responsible for removing any of Neutral Tandem’s debris from the Remote Collocation Space and from in and around the Remote Site Location on each visit.

Upkeep of Remote Collocation Space. CLEC shall be responsible for the general upkeep and cleaning of the Remote Collocation Space. CLEC shall be responsible for removing any of CLEC’s debris from the Remote Collocation Space and from in and around the Remote Site Location on each visit.

Upkeep of Remote Collocation Space. ALCALL shall be responsible for the general upkeep and cleaning of the Remote Collocation Space. ALCALL shall be responsible for removing any ALCALL debris from the Remote Collocation Space and from in and around the Remote Site Location on each visit.

Upkeep of Remote Collocation Space. BTC shall be responsible for the general upkeep and cleaning of the Remote Collocation Space. BTC shall be responsible for removing any BTC debris from the Remote Collocation Space and from in and around the Remote Collocation Site on each visit. 6. Ordering and Preparation of Remote Collocation Space 6.1 State or Federal Regulatory agency impose procedures or intervals. Should any state or federal regulatory agency impose procedures or intervals different than procedures or intervals set forth in this section applicable to BTC, whether now in effect or that become effective after execution of this Agreement, those procedures or intervals shall supersede the requirements set forth herein for all applications submitted for the first time after the effective date thereof for that jurisdiction.

Upkeep of Remote Collocation Space. GulfPines shall be responsible for the general upkeep and cleaning of the Remote Collocation Space. GulfPines shall be responsible for removing any GulfPines debris from the Remote Collocation Space and from in and around the Remote Site Location on each visit.

Upkeep of Remote Collocation Space. KMC Telecom shall be responsible for the general upkeep and cleaning of the Remote Collocation Space. KMC Telecom shall be responsible for removing any KMC Telecom debris from the Remote Collocation Space and from in and around the Remote Collocation Site on each visit. 6.
