Application Modifications. Programming, Programming Modifications, Replacement Products, Software Updates, and any Additional Products that may be provided by Contractor to the County under this Contract. Once accepted and approved by the County, Application Modifications will become part of, and be deemed, Application Software for the purpose of this Contract.
