Common use of Application Modifications Clause in Contracts

Application Modifications. If a modification or revision is made to any information in the Bona Fide application after BellSouth has provided the Application Response and prior to a BFFO, with the exception of modifications to (1) Customer Information, (2) Contact Information or (3) Billing Contact Information, whether at the request of Neutral Tandem or as necessitated by technical considerations, the application shall be considered a new application and handled as a new application with respect to the response and provisioning intervals. BellSouth will charge Neutral Tandem the appropriate application fee associated with the level of assessment performed by BellSouth, pursuant to Sections 6.1 and 6.2 above.

BellSouth will xxxx the nonrecurring fee associated with on the level of assessment performed by BellSouth, pursuant to Sections 6.1 and 6.2 abovedate that BellSouth provides an Application Response.
