Common use of Application of Administrative Code Provisions by Reference Clause in Contracts

Application of Administrative Code Provisions by Reference. The provisions of Chapter 83 of the San Francisco Administrative Code apply to this Agreement. Contractor shall comply fully with, and be bound by, all of the provisions that apply to this Agreement under such Chapter, including but not limited to the remedies provided therein. Capitalized terms used in this Section and not defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in Chapter 83.
