This Agreement shall apply to Programmed Skilled Workforce Ltd ABN 00000000000 (hereinafter called ‘the Company’) in respect of any employee engaged by the Company and assigned to CS Energy power stations at Kogan and Callide in the state of Queensland in one of the classifications in clause 8. This Agreement shall not apply to trainees or apprentices.
