APPLICATION OF ANNEXURE. “Z” Bidders are requested to carefully review the terms and conditions, set forth in Annexure “Z”: Flexible, frame contracts/orders Conditions, attached herewith. All such terms and conditions shall form part of the contract between the IEC and the successful bidder, with respect to the matters, stipulated in the annexure, including: monetary value of the purchase, contract period and extensions thereof, schedule of delivery, quantities to be purchased and IEC’s options to purchase additional quantities.
