Application of Loan/Grant Amount. Following the determination by the Finance Authority in its sole and absolute discretion that the Conditions to the disbursement of the Loan/Grant Amount have been satisfied, the Finance Authority shall make an entry in its accounts, and in particular in the Project Account, reflecting the proceeds of the Loan/Grant Amount made available for disbursement from the Water Project Fund to the Borrower/Grantee at its request, and as needed by it to acquire and complete the Project, as provided in Section 7.2 of this Agreement.
