Common use of Application of Receipts Clause in Contracts

Application of Receipts. Except as expressly stated to the contrary in any Finance Document, any moneys which the Security Trustee receives or recovers and which are Trust Property shall (without prejudice to the rights of the Security Trustee under any Finance Document to credit any moneys received or recovered by it to any suspense account) be transferred to the Agent for application in accordance with Clause 29.2 (Distributions by the Agent) and Clause 29.5 (Partial payments).
