Application of Sale Provisions. (a) Except as may otherwise be expressly provided in this Agreement, the provisions of this Article shall apply to any sale of Shares between Shareholders, any sale of Shares by a Shareholder to a third party pursuant to Article 12 or, to the extent applicable, between Shareholders and the Corporation pursuant to the other provisions of this Agreement.
