Application of Sale Provisions. Except as may otherwise be provided in this Agreement, the provisions of this Article 8 shall apply to any sale of Equity Shares (each a “Sale Transaction”) between or among Shareholders or their designees or between a Shareholder or its designee and the Company, in each case pursuant to this Agreement.
