Application of this Deed. The Mortgagor intends that the security created by this Deed, and its obligations under this Deed, will extend to any transfer, variation, increase, extension, replacement or addition of, or to, any Finance Document and/or any finance facility or amount made available under any Finance Document for any purpose, even if it is fundamentally different or more onerous.
Application of this Deed. 4.1 This Deed applies to the Land and to the Development.
4.2 The Land may not be developed in a manner materially inconsistent with the Development except insofar as this Deed is revoked or relevantly varied by further agreement between the Parties in accordance with clause 26.

(b) references to ‘the University’ shall include its Departments (including LLS), officers, employees, contractors and students, and the University shall ensure that the LLS and all officers, employees, contractors and students comply with this Deed.
